School me on what type of scars I have on my torso

So yeah .. scars on my shoulders and back. Actually not too many ice picks.

More so, scars that are like raised bubbles, and some splotchy areas where it seems the blood is really close to the skin. I've had them for months and they are remnants of pre-accutane when they used to scab and bleed. Since then a lot of those have gone (turned into lite purple bruised skin basically) but some are still around.

So I took a picture of a shoulder showcasing both types of scars that puzzle me. I believe I've heard that the raised bubble type are basically untreatable. The blotchy ones I believe will go with time, but I would like to know if there is anything to expedite that process.

Also please give me the proper names, because I would like to know.

edit: Macules and hypertrophic scars huh?

Are you sure you didn't have some kind of allergic reaction or hives?

yeah .. I had cysts on my back and lots of red inflamation. They'd bleed.

Sounds nasty amirite? But I've heard some similar stories on here.
