Shake Off the Dust  Arise

Spread out YOur food Intake

Instead of eating 3 Big Meals a day now. I have been eating 5 or 6 smaller meals of foods very High In Fiber and low in sugars, Salts, unhealthy fats.

I see small improvements in just a few days..

Anyone else eat smaller meals a day??

depends on the person and metabolism. spacing out meals can be very unhealthy for someone underwieght, or deficient.
