it's the only thing that took care of already inflamed acne . if you put on the pimple that's just about to grow, in no time it will be dead.

it's sold over the counter and it's Rx so ask your derm.

I used this product recently and even though I only used a little bit it completely burned my skin. It took weeks, and a cream prescribed by my doctor, to get better. So I wouldn't recommend it..
