okayy basically, what i want to know is, how do i know if its the right time to try somethign more drastic if red marks arent going away?

im pretty sure i should be almost or totally clear because more acne=more red marks right?

ive had my red marks for about 1 year and a half, i've tried a glycolic acid toner (didnt do a thing for me), vitamin e (worked up until a certain point but no longer seems to be doing anything), other random things like apple vider vinegar & exfoliating

i have no idea what else i can use.. ive heard AHAs but i cant seem to find anywhere names of products that contain them! i should also mention i'm 18yrs old and still not clear, so i should not try cosmetic procedures (peels, vbeam) for my marks yet?

please, if anyone can suggest what else i can try for red marks because im not exactly sure what other things are like the "next step" to try?

Yes i think its time you should try vbeam. A year n a half is a very long time to have them. And vbeam apparently works well and quick.

the thing is.. i really dont have that many pimples. its just that my face is soo covered w/ red marks it looks like acne and it makes my whole skin tone verry uneven

btw can someone clarify - is glycolic acid an AHA?? im very confused

the neostrata toner ive used with glycolic (8%) hasnt erally done aanything for my red marks. does this mean glycolic acid will probably not work for me at all? or should i try a diff. product?
