Nutrition that helps the red marks fading

Do you guys know a few tips regarding nutrition that helps fading red marks ?

Maybe berries , carottes , ... ?

Vitamin C helps. Either tablets or fruits high in Vitamin C would be a great help.

However, the best way is supposed to be to buy a Vitamin C serum and apply it directly to your face. I've never tried this, though.

Yeah topical vitamin C is great, but it is a treatment in itself. If you're already using acne fighting products, you may be over-treating the skin a tad. If you're simply fighting red marks then a Vitamin A cream and Vitamin C would be great. But the reality is that healthy foods are going to play a large role in healing. Supplementing with oral Vit C is a great idea.

The funny thing is that we often heal too quickly and end up with abnormally healed wounds as a result. Not dangerous, but aesthetically unattractive.
