Brewer's Yeast

Recommended Posts

Ok, nvm. I don't have it but I know how much to take. One tablespoon is 15 grams so taking about half or a 1/4 of that would be good for b5 intake I suppose.

I hope you aren't under any illusions that brewer's yeast contains anywhere near the VAST amounts of pantothenic acid that a certain notorious kook theory requires (multi-gram quantities). Brewer's yeast is an outstanding nutritional supplement, but don't expect huge doses of any particular vitamin, including pantothenic acid. Expect a nice, well-rounded supply of all the B vitamins, with the exception of folic acid.
