Hi,

My face has a lot of flakes after washing my face and coming out the shower...

Should I take them off somehow? or apply BP on top.

I've had this problem recently, and yesterday in the shower I used a warm washcloth to remove them while my face was wet; this helped a lot. Applying the BP afterwards was a lot easier my skin is nowhere near as flakey as it has been

I recommend boiling the washcloth first to clean it though.

Hope this helps :D

^ What Billy Talent said. This is probably the gentlest way to manually remove flakes. I used to take a toothbrush to do it, which is a slightly more aggressive option but can cause irritation if you aren't careful and know when to stop.
