If B5 works for me, what does this suggest about the nature of my acne?

Okay, so i'm 19 and i've had acne since around the ages of 14/15. It's usually been mild but has occasionally rose to moderate. When i was 17 i discovered B5 and used it to great affect for 9 months. After that i decided to come off it, and unfortunately my acne returned with a vengeance. So then last summer i went back on it and for the past year have been mostly clear, save for the odd one or two.

But does this suggest anything about the cause of my acne, and whether or not it's likely to subside as i go into my early twenties? Things are brilliant at the moment, and i know i should just be greatful that i've found something which works for me, but still i worry. How likely is it that i'll outgrow it all?
