whenever you're feelin down, one of the best remedies has got to be some rock music. So rock out next time you feelin down. Try it.

I suggest

For those about to rock, we salute you :P (AC/DC rules by the way)

My suggestions would be: Metallica, Iron Maiden, Dream Theater and if you want oldies but goldies: Queen, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, The Doors...

I could write some more but I guess it's enough for now :P

Mandy we seem to have the same tastes in music :D

I love "One" too. But I must say "Fade To Black" is my Metallica favourite. I just love the guitar solo in the middle of the song

I like Pantera too. Though I only have a few tracks: Cemetery Gates, Floods and Walk. They're all cool.

I enjoy listening to Led Zeppelin. Whenever I feel down I always listen to Quadrophenia, Strange Days, Piper at the Gates of Dawn, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, and Tales from Topographic Oceans. The Kinks are good too. Progressive music really makes me relaxed.

For me, Tool and Pink Floyd have been the most inspiring and uplifing sounds I have ever heard BY FAR Please somehow get all their albums and let it soak in. DO NOT listen to them as backgroup music. Get with a buddy or two or have a nice pair of headphones for this. They will blow your mind! (in a good way of course) :D Tool especially. Be sure to get Aenima, Lateralus, Salival, 10,000 days, and Undertow
