Is it possible to become immune to topicals? I've been using clindagel and azelex for over a year now, and I'm starting to break out a lot more than usual. This has been going on for about 3 months. Should I ask my derm to prescribe something else?

clindagel is an antibiotic so it is possible and likely the bacteria have become resistant. you should tell your derm.
