this worked for me, seems simple but I noticed a BIG difference...I mean going from having a ton and needing to constantly wear high necked/backed tops to having freedom to wear whatever.

Clean sheets. I mean uber clean. Washed once a week at least or, if that's a hassle, having at least a clean sheet you can place over your other one so you don't have the hassle of too much washing.

Tops: wear once and then wash.

Shower: I didn't use any body washes etc but exfoliated every few days.

Swim: I found the chlorine helped to dry up the skin and was good for exsisting spots.

Now I'm clear! Just got a couple of red marks that will hopefully fade soon.

When I cleanse I think my body acne just gets worse. I use BP twice a day and some exfoliant thing at night and it seems to contain it pretty well
