Started taking 2 spoonfuls of this powder a day mixed with orange juice but it seemed to be giving me slight headaches so I reduced it a bit. Just a couple of questions:

Should it be taken with a meal to absorb it or is it OK just taken on its own in a drink?

Since it's said to aid collagen production, has anyone tried applying it topically to scars / red marks?

there are a lot of votamins etc that are lipid soluble and would require some food in your belly for it to be effectively absorbed. it tends to be antibiotics that need to be taken on an empty stomach, so i'd suggest before or after a light meal...

MSM is pretty versatile, I don't think it matters when you take it.

The headaches could be a detox because it will do a great deal of that. It's basically a dietary form of sulphur.
