changing cleanser

Do not use Noxzema!!!!!!

Not only is the original Noxzema just awful for acne prone skin, but that product you showed is medicated and likely to just cause further dryness and irritation if you use it with the Regimen.

If the Purpose bar is too drying for you, give the Purpose wash (in the pump bottle) a try.

Many Noxzema products are very irritating.

The Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash should be good, although it contains fragrance.

It would be best not to get a bar cleanser, no matter what the brand.

All bar cleansers contain harsh cleansing agents (which prematurely kill skin cells, littering the skin with more than it can naturally slough off), usually have alkaline pHs (which encourages bacterial growth), and the ingredients that keep them in bar form can be absorbed into the skin to clog pores.

Here are some good cleansers you might try:

Eucerin Baby Aquapor Gentle Wash (it's a gel cleanser designed for babies, but is GREAT for sensitive, acne-prone skin)

Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser

Any of the Paula's Choice Cleansers. I'm currently using the Skin Recovery Cleanser.
