Hey!

I have acne for about 4 years and I just found this forum with this gr8 information within a week! I already ordered the regimen and I want to complete with with some good supplements!

1) Need your opion guys! i already ordered the regimen, and Im currently taking CENTRUM multivitamins and thinking about SOLGAR Pantithenic acid 550mg (B5). Does CENTRUM makes you get more acne? im not sure but im getting more acne and thinking about quiting it but im really not sure.

2)Can you guys make me a "list" or something about which supplements (with the brand plzz) should I take? Im getting a lot of information about Optizinc, Vitamin C, B5, A, Fish Oil omega etc.. plz help me in this out! I really want to improve my oily skin and stop this fcking problem.. I'm jsut free of acne in the summer with 0 breakouts and I dont really know why...

Thanks for sharing your experiences, they have been a great help and turning some light in the end of the dark tunel...

I've read that more than the RDA of Iodine can contribute to acne.

So if you are taking a supplement with 100% of the RDA, then any Iodine you get also through what you eat would definitely put you over the top for Iodine.

other than that, I think just a general multi and fish oil or flax oil would be beneficial.

The people in the Diet and Holistic Health forum would probably have tons of advice for you about this.
