id hang in there until youve not had any pimples for months on end

then CONSIDER applying once a day for eg

and if you continue to stay clear

you can consider coming off the regimen with clear skin (my absolute dream)

if u guys remember, the regimen said it also shud fade marks. (expectation page with weeks of improvement shown) but most people here are seeking regimen for AFTER being clear to get rid of red marks. as he said above u shud really stick to it until yor really clear. after that then look into other methods also discussed on this site. i will stick with the regimen and let u know if the red marks fade with JUST the regimen alone

Well, time fades red marks, but BP doesn't help fade them at nor will the regimen. In fact, Bp slows down the healing process of your skin so red marks *may* stay around longer on Bp.

redmarks ARE unfortunately held onto by your skin longer when your on the regimen

this is a problem that cant be resolved

BP slows the healing of redmarks

an AHA moisturiser can help to speed it up but the only real healer is time im affraid

i wouldnt go off the regimen just yet. id still continue it for a good number of months just to make sure you really are clear. If you let go now, i am pretty sure your acne will come surging back. but after a few months, if nothings really come up, then you could maybe go down to once a day and just see what happens. congrats on your clear-up.

Some people find vitamens to be expensive, however, I don't think too highly of them myself. Many people use B5 to help with acne and oil production, however, it needs to be taken in rather high dosages in order to be effective. I think the best think to do for the marks is try a moisturise with an AHA in it such as Neutrogena helathy skin lotion

Also undergoing laser treatments when using BP may not be such a good idea as you're skin will be very sensitive due to the BP and you could risk getting burns etc. :)

owh.

if i use the Neutrogena healthy skin.

i dont need to use Cetaphil moisturizer anymore??

Use the moisturizer with the SPF during the daytime, and the one without during the nighttime over any dry or irritatted areas of skin.

Well if you do buy it, make sure it is the one that has the SPF 15. Cetaphil also makes an SPF 15 daytime lotion which you could get if you like the regular Cetaphil lotion.
