Does applying aloe vera to red marks help them heal faster? Or is it only an anti-inflammatory product? How do you apply the aloe--as a full moisturizer or only to the red marks? Has anyone tried applying aloe direclty on active pimples and blemishes?

i love it bc it helps to keep my moisturized here in Southern New England .. the humidity is horrible! so why use a nasty moisturizer when its already humid out and you will feels ticky like 10 minutes later. So Aloe Vera works much better in the summer time bc it absorbs super fast and you dont feel gross after

It helps me a little bit with the red marks. But really really takes away inflammation from any nasty papule, pustule.

hmm... so approximately how long do your old and new red marks stay visible if you apply aloe vera? I've been doing it for 1 week--know that's way too short to tell any big difference, but I'm a little skeptical. I've been applying it 2 times a day, after cleansing and using 2% beta hydroxy acid for an exfoliater. And then a little BP/neosporin for spot treatment.

What about slightly brown marks?

i think u should use Aloe Vera as mucha s possible throughout the day to see some really greta results and make sure it is 100% no color added or fragrance .. and putting neo on ur whole face helps mroe in my opinion bc it heals your entire afce after exfoliating.

I use Aloe Vera gel as a mosturizer and I've been doing it for about a year. It does not help me with red marks , but it does greatly help me with dry skin.

Best regards.
