Cons:
Tablets were too big for me to swallow but with enough of water it can be managed
I went to the Health Shop to buy Agnes Cactus that is supposed to be good for acne. However the advisor told me to try Burdock root first. I went home, did research and saw positive reviews. I bought it. I used it for 3 months and I have not seen any changes. Maybe 1% improvement on my back but that I can't even be sure. However I think it does work for other people. Plus it is a good mini detox for blood and liver.
