As Dry as the Sahara

I've been experiencing some flakiness around my mouth and chin area; my cheeks also feel extremely dry but thats what I expect. I have extremely oily skin so this is a change for once.

Skin flaking is a sign that you have an outbreak of malasezzia fungus. Do you have dandruff ? have you taken antibiotics recently.

The best treatment for malasezzia (skin flaking) is topical terbenafine cream (Lamisil) if you can get it without a prescription. Otherwise, apply topical clotrimazole (Canesten) antifungal cream to the affected area, which you should be able to get without a prescription. Get back to me if you further information.

I do not have dandruff. However; one of the side effects of the benzoyl peroxide is flaky and dry skin
