Consistent clear skin!

So my skin has been CONSISTENTLY CLEAR for MONTHS!!! I’m so glad. This is a new world for me. Getting 1 or 2 pimples is bad for me and it used to be like having 5 or 6 at a time was normal!! This is my regime now!!!

 

mornings:

acne.org face wash

cetaphil moisturizer 

Occasionally the herbalism face scrub from lush (this makes my skin SO SMOOTH and bright!)

 

nights:

wash off makeup with acne.org face wash 

another cleanse with acne.org face wash 

herbalism lush face scrub 

occasional tea tree oil face mask from the body shop (I like throwing in a consistent face mask just bc it makes me feel like I’m taking care of my skin. And this one is supposed to be for acne!)

BP ALL OVER FACE (I’m so afraid to stop using BP. I definitely use less than before, just enough to put a thin layer on my face but I feel this fights away all my major breakouts)

 

also, another ABSOLUTE KEY REASON my acne has gone away is that I have completely CUT OUT DAIRY from my diet!! I cannot stress this enough. I don’t know why, but I am just extremely sensitive to it! I’ve been cutting out dairy for the past 2 years and I ALWAYS give in from time to time bc I love ice cream/ sweets! And I have experimented with it enough that it’s 100% something that will make me break out. I’ve talked about this in my other posts. Another reason why my skin has stayed clear is bc I no longer have dairy, and when I do give into dairyy skin breaks out within a week or two. This isn’t for everyone!! But just try it if you are desperate. Go a solid month without dairy and see what happens!! (Don’t forget dairy Can sneak your way into food!!! Usually breaded chicken, pastries have dairy and don’t forget that powdered milk is in a lot of stuff! Butter is dairy! Those kinds of things sneak their way into food. So if you are trying it out don’t forget to always check ingredients!)
