Day 5



5 days without coffee and no more headaches. I’ve stuck to my plan all week: potatoes (russet and sweet), tons of veggies, a bit of fruit, brown rice, water. I don’t have any new pimples or bumps. My skin also isn’t oily at all, which is something I’ve only experienced on accutane, or directly after washing my face for about 30 minutes. It’s after 6 pm and after putting on sunscreen and makeup this morning then being out in the heat today, I can run my finger across my forehead and it doesn’t come away shiny with residue. Usually I oil blot 2-3 times a day!
I am skeptical of anything “working” this quickly but I am honestly already seeing an improvement. I am also not hungry or feeling deprived. I’m eating when I am hungry until I am full.
