So today is day 4! I woke up still not HUGE changes but it is slightly better... the spots are a lot smaller and have dried up a lot. As well as this the redness is fading away, thank god! I still have a long way to go but i’m feeling positive. My spots are mainly on my chin right jaw and a few on my right cheek. The spots on my chin tend to be more spots that come to a head and the same for my jaw and the ones on my cheek are tiny tiny bumps. My left cheek has normally always been clear which is odd!
I am still carrying on the healthy eating. For dinner last night I had turkey steaks as these are super healthy along with brocolli and carrots as well as baked sweet potatoes. After dinner I had a few spoonfuls of 0% fat greek yogurt just to keep me going. I have cut out dairy but I read 0% fat greek yogurt shouldnt be too bad and I only have it in really small doses!
I am still carrying on with taking my vitamins as well as Marvelon and also drinking green tea with aloe vera.
for breakfast this morning I had a healthy pina colada! It is spinach, banana, coconut flakes, coconut milk and pineapple! It is lovely and a great way to get fruit and veg in me!
I am hoping my skin clears up soon, with makeup on it isnt too bad but I don’t want to hide behind it! My skin isnt too dry and I did use the acnecide this morning too, I let it absorb for 10 mins and then put my no7 moisturiser on!
I also cleaned all my makeup brushes! I really need to do it more often! I used johnsons baby shampoo and it worked amazingly!! My brushes are as good as new!
