I've fallen off the daily update thing since the beginning so I'm just going to start updating whenever I get the time, maybe a few times a week. I don't expect a whole lot of improvement in such a short amount of time anyway.
I've completely revamped my diet and I think it's made me feel a little better from the inside out. It's something I suggest to everyone who may be struggling with skin issues. Even if we don't really feel amazing about what's on the outside, at least we know that we are treating our bodies right. Lots of fruits and vegetables and no fast food. Lots of water and healthy protein, like fish, boiled eggs, grilled chicken and nuts! I've even managed to cut out my coffee obsession, man was that difficult. But I feel good and I hope my skin will thank me in the long run for cutting out all the bad things I used to plague it with.
Lastly, Jojoba oil is your best friend if you have sensitive skin, This stuff makes my face so so soft and it's the best thing I think I've ever used for moisture. If you have not tried it and are having a hard time finding something that doesn't irritate or clog your pores, this is worth a try. I buy mine straight from here!
