Week 2- day 15

Just wanted to give an updated on my treatment- This is week 2 on Spironolactone 50mg once a day,  Doryx 120mg once a day and Retin A Micro 0.08%.

My face is still peeling around my mouth and chin area very small peeling on my cheeks- My cystic acne on my left cheek pretty much gone just red/brown in color - my old scabs come off daily but need to be very careful since last night i was already in bed with a clean face and i rubbed my face from being tired one of my scabs came off and  i was bleeding so bad when i cleaned it up thinking i was going to leave a huge scar it was so small but yet so much blood.
I have not had an IB- my left side which was my worst side has improved so much that my cystic acne has finally decreased in size. few new spots but nothing major. My skin texture has also improved- Still oily on my nose area

I did get a new clogged pore next to my nose and another on my chin and 2 above my upper lip. I know that sounds like alot but this is nothing compared to what i used to get. I think these new spots are from my period that should be making her appearance soon and not an IB- Ive read alot that people get an IB around week 3-5 so i am still waiting. I am hoping with the combo of Spironolactone, Doryx it will reduce my initial breakout.

I have so much red/brown marks on both cheeks which makes my face look so so ugly, which i hate sooooo much makes my face look worst than what it actually is.My doctor said Retin A should help over time since it is only week 2 i have high hopes my face will clear. Makeup can cover this up but i cant really wear makeup since my face is still peeling- Will post pictures once i get home before bed.
