My body definitely feels better since the change to eat healthy. I have a lot more energy and do not crave late night meals as much. My face is starting to feel a little smoother too; however, there are still some whiteheads here and there. I honestly did not expect to see changes this quick. Just getting some sunlight and eating healthier really makes a difference in your skin tone and complexion. I also have been taking 500 mg of turmeric and L-lysine every morning with my breakfast as suggested by someone on here. Yesterday i played basketball almost all day with some friends and got a pretty good sweat going, so maybe that will help clear out my pores. So far this has been a success and i can not wait to see more positive changes.
