Labeling skin conditions

So I now know that the red pimples around my mouth were perioral dermatitis and it may have been caused by a cleanser I was using to help eradicate my skin issues. Initially it seemed to work really well as all products tend to with me giving me such joy that I've finally found a cure but within a few weeks it all goes back to the same condition and sometimes worse. It eventually did end up going away.
The other condition I know I definitely have is seborrheic dermatitis. I believe this is what I've had all along since I started the ocm and all those horrible symptoms such as dry flaky skin, stinging unbearably, lips peeling, very oily skin,  pores clogged with yellow gunk. etc were all related to seb  derm. First time in my life I've also started getting yeast infections so I know this is all a result of yeast overgrowth. Applying those oils is what triggered it all and I would strongly discourage anyone reading this to try oils on your face. It's just not worth the risk of ruining your skin.
In hindsight it seems so obvious that I had seb derm and could easily have treated it but believe me it wasn't so easy to diagnose when you're clueless about what's going on with your skin and experiencing  new  strange symptoms out of nowhere and especially when you have multiple skin conditions like I do which is what makes it even harder to diagnose and treat.
