You will find a lot of products that claims to treat your acne, but the best ones are still those homemade, with organic and fresh ingredients, without any chemicals or substances that are not that good for your skin. Today we are going to present the best homemade masks for acne.

Cinnamon and honey

It may seem hard to believe but cinnamon has antimicrobial properties and can stop the bacteria from getting out of hand. Honey is another natural antibiotic, so this combination is a killer when it comes to acne. All you need to do is mix 2 tablespoons of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply the mask all over the face and let it dry for 15 minutes. Rinse off completely and let your skin dry. You will feel your skin softener and after a few days of treatment you can see the results.

Strawberry, honey and yogurt

Strawberries are not chosen randomly, but because they have a high level of salicylic acid, the primary ingredient in many acne products on the market. It encourages the epidermis to shed its cells more rapidly, opening up clogged pores and neutralizing bacteria. Yogurt has a lot of proteins and vitamins and will leave your face very hydrated. You will need 5 fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients, apply to the face, let it dry for 25 minutes and rinse off completely with warm water. Use this mask twice a week, for a least one month if you want to see any difference.

Turmeric, milk and honey

Turmeric is another antioxidant that had also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Combined with the other two ingredients, it will help reduce redness. You will need 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of raw milk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix the ingredient, apply the mask to your face and let it dry for 25 minutes. Rinse the mask off with warm water and use a moisturizer. You can use this mask twice per week.

Avocado and oatmeal

Avocado is full of vitamins and minerals and it can soothe irritated skin. Oatmeal is used for a variety of skin problems because it can reduce inflammation and redness. Prepare some oatmeal according to package directions and then mix it with half of mashed avocado. Apply the mask on your face and let it work its magic for 30 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and moisturize.

Cucumber and aloe vera

Cucumber is great for oily skin because of its natural astringent properties. Aloe vera reduces inflammation and eases redness. The combination if that two ingredients will make a perfect acne mask. Combine one tablespoon of aloe vera gel with grated cucumber and apply the mixture on your face. After 20 minutes rinse your skin gently and let it dry without using a towel.
