Just woke up to check how my face was doing. And it is still doing fine!! I thought i was going to purge badly because I started to get a pimple right under my nose which is the type of pimple I hate the most. And under my chin(thank god it is not noticeable). I know I shouldn't have done it but I poped one under my nose yesterday. It is healing nicely without a scar or discoloration. It seems like the pimples I get while doing this regimen doesn't hurt or get red that much. But my face is still noticeably oily af. Oh and i feel a lil pain on my forehead and I think something might come up within a day or two. But right now its pretty smooth. Im thinking about just wiping the excess oil off my face with a wet washcloth and not doing anything since. I only washed face in a shower yesterday by just letting the water run down my face and it was great. Unlike using cleansers to wash my face, it never dry my face out and it looks i put on a moisturizer even though I didn't. People say that they get a lot of flaky skin while doing this regimen but I don't get that much flaky skin unless I scratch it. Also I read an article of someone interviewing a dermatologist talking about how we use too much products on our face and between those sentences, I saw an interesting passage. What he said was "homeless people don't acne". Which was interesting because Ive actually never seen a lot of homeless people! And believe me, Ive seen a lot of homeless people. Which probably means that leaving our skin alone cannot cause a skin problem or cause only minimum.
