Hey y'all. I haven't taken herbal supplements in a few days (this is my 3rd day). On my last blog I included my newest skin mask ingredients (no probiotics, no colloidal silver) just manuka honey, cinnamon, turmeric and nutmeg on a damp face. That will be my day when I get home from work, along with doing dishes, making tea and meal prepping.

Morning supplements: 1 n-a-c, 1 glutathione, 3 probiotics, and a digestive enzyme on empty stomach. Then after my breakfast, 1 coq10, 2 magnesium, 1 krill, 1 calcium, 2 spiru blue and 1 evening primrose.

evening supplements were the same as the morning (after breakfast) sans the coq10

i got my aloe Vera juice in the mail today I cannot wait to make the cold cream recipe on Friday. And I gotta bleach my roots. Jeeeeeez they are super long what the hell!?
