Hair loss

I started losing hair like 3 years ago. (whoa) The thing is-- I'm only 23. It wasn't any sort of pattered loss. My part wasn't getting wider. It was diffuse loss. I noticed it a year after starting tazorac so it's entirely possible that it's not related. Something tells me that it might be though. So, I'm trying to see what happens. I actually have no clue how long I should try this before giving up and going back to taz. Taz really does make my skin look better and it's a lot easier to keep clear on taz (although I'm managing without at the moment.) After, 3 weeks, I can't say for certain that taz is the culprit. I'm not entirely sure how to measure the hair loss. I'm going to give it until June.

So, I came up with two new routines. I added in bp to control any active spots that might arise  since I won't be on taz. Below are my routines.  I really like to focus on noting how routines make my skin feel. My skin feels soft and well moisturized. It doesn't get oily throughout the day. It feels fairly clear (one tiny active/disappearing pimple). Doesn't feel like there are any clogged pores (I think sometimes skin looks clear but I notice that I'm worried I'll break out soon because of the clogged pores. Or it doesn't look great under makeup. Not the case here. This tends to happen when I use vaseline on top of cerave cream). Make up goes on smoothly though not quite as well without the vaseline underneath.

My skin doesn't feel parched or dry when I wake up in the morning.

I am very aware that this routine wouldn't fly in cold/windy chicago right now. I do need that dab of vaseline. So, when I fly back this week, I probably will add vaseline back in (depending on the weather), replacing the cerave during the daytime only. Nighttime if I feel like the extra moisture is needed.
