Help
I've been eating pretty healthy the past two weeks with minimal dairy, sugar, and carbs. I only drink water. I feel like my skin is getting worse! I want to go on an exclusive clear skin diet with absolutely no sweets, bread, pasta, dairy products, etc. But the thing is, i'm pretty thin as it is and my doctor said i need to gain weight. I'm 98 pounds which isn't too healthy for my age. But i really want to be serious about my skin and diet. How can i manage to keep my weight up while cutting out all those foods? I'm stressing myself out a lot. It would really help if you guys could give me some advice
