I just can't seem to buck up today. I have one weird red bump-ish thing on my left cheek that doesn't want to go away. It's painful to touch, so I'm not even going to mess with it. I'm just going to try to forget it's there and apply concealer over it.

My red mark on my forehead is healing (thank goodness). There's still a small red bump/clogged pore on my right cheek. I'm hoping that my regimen tonight will either make it turn into a whitehead and go away, or dry it up. Otherwise, I have some pink/redish marks along my jawline from healing spots. I still have a really dry patch of skin below my lip on the left side (from using too much BP on it--grrrr. I need to NOT do that again!) I put moisturizer on it throughout the day and just applied some Aquaphor over the top of it. Hoping that seals in some of the moisture.

I can't decide if I should use Atralin tonight again or not. My face is becoming a bit more dried out and is trying to heal, so I might only apply a thin layer to the areas that are not currently healing/dry. That way, I won't irritate my skin too much.

I also decided to eliminate almost all dairy, bread, and excess sugar from my diet. I drank a lot more milk than I ever usually do last week and I'm fairly certain it aggravated my skin. I've had issues with this in the past years, so I figure it should help. Plus, I rarely drink milk or eat much dairy anyway. I'm still going to use Fage Greek Yogurt in my smoothies & such, because it's low in sugar compared to other brands and is pretty good for you (has good bacteria in it).

The support is really appreciated. This process is TOUGH. I think I'm having more of an Initial breakout/ purge within the first 2 weeks since I started using BP wash and Atralin every night from the beginning. I probably should have adjusted myself to the Atralin a bit better, but you live and you learn.

I'm going to keep up with my regimen, but be mindful of how my skin is feeling and not overwhelm it.
