I just want to make it clear that I have not changed, and probably will not, change my diet. I love cheese and I love chocolate. I also love fast food. Not that I don't eat healthy stuff like fruits and veggies, but I really am not the type of person to completely cut out dairy or gluten or whatever else might cause acne. I am completely healthy, I take many vitamins to make sure I get everything I need, and I drink plenty of water. I was a vegetarian for 6 years and for those 6 years I was tired all the time. I am so skinny and have such a fast metabolism that I need meat, and I need food with lots of carbs and fat otherwise I would be nothing. I eat constantly. Yes I'm one of those people. So I'm not going to cut out food for my acne. Acne will not take away my food! :)
