2 Months On The Regimen

Lovvvving the regimen

So I finally purchased the complete acne.org products. And I am soo happy worth then. They are so gentle! I also have been using 1/2 moisturizer and half aha at night with jojoba oil. I'm not as red And the flakes have gone away. It's been 2 weeks with the acne.org products. I'm still not completely clear but I am planning on sticking with the regimen at least for a year! I have noticed that my skin is smoother and less bumps. My cheeks and forehead are clear! Just working on my chin a bit more... I do notice that during that time of the month I tend to get a couple acne flare ups but I can count my active breakouts on my hands. I am very excited and happy I started this regimen.

Try antibiotics like amoxicillin. Works really super well. For the acne around your period try birth control pills. They are often prescribed for acne. Avoid Yaz, Yasmin and Ocella, they are less safe because they have a synthetic form of progesterone hormone called drisperinone. Drisperinone is not actually super safe but Sprintec, Tri-Sprintec, Ortho-Tri-Cyclen, Demulen and others. BP only works with smaller zits but for hormonal acne you really need to address that with hormonal treatments. Birth control pills even out your hormones.

Thanks for the comment. Prior to this website I have tried everything... birth control. Chemical peels.laser. medications. Topical like Trentionon and bp 10% Some others prescriptions. I actually have been on bc for about 7 years now, with the exception of when I was pregnant and breastfeeding. .. minus 2 years. I never saw a difference. I was on ortho tricyclen lo for 2 years, trinessa for about a year and back on ortho tricyclen love for the past Two years in hopes of helping my breakouts. But my pimples have always seemed to still be there. I tended to get breakouts near my chin and sides of my face. But I shouldn't take away that my forehead, cheeks and neck... I can't tell u the number of complements I've gotten on my skin since I started the regimen. I believe it's month 4 now. I currently have 1 active breakout. No black heads no white heads. But 3 active hyperpigentation spots. I'm not sure what was my cause for acne. My genes, shampoo, irritation, picking, using harsh products. .. a combination of all most likely. But I have come to realize to be aware of what ingredients I put on face. Be gentle because I have very sensitive skin. the regimen is helping me and I couldn't be happier. I am currently 25 years old.
