Vee omg... I have them too and some of them are purple (but very tiny). Ok so I have tried to burst them, no deal they won't budge. I see my derm again in October and plan to get a diagnosis. I am guessing an acid peel or some kind of alpha hydroxy acid. Just a guess. Or extractions----yeeee!! I will let you know the moment I find out. Meantime, witch hazel may prevent new ones? Dunno. i also have them and mostly on my forehead and in summers ! i use aha and bha but no luk!
