Hi guys!

I started using the regimen for almost 2 month right now. After i finished week 3, i felt my skin was almost clear up. But after week 3, my skin started to break out again. Everyday I wake up with at least 2 new pimple!!! God I don't know why because I do everything precisely. I was almost clear up but right now it turns worse! I m adding more bp and also add aha+ in the regimen. But I really want to know does someone have the same problem as I do right now? I need help:(((( thank you so much!!!!!!

A bp only regimen may not be strong enough for you right now. A lot of us here on Acne.org use prescription medications in addition to benzoyl peroxide aka bp. You may need to try an antibiotic for a time. I used amoxicillin for three years with great success. Right now I am focusing on hormonal treatments. I use 100mg spironolactone daily and I am in the process of trying to get on birth control pills. I am just saying, like keep an open mind. Consider seeing your dermatologist. There are many medications you can try. Epiduo, differin, tretinoin, benzaclin/acanya, topical clindamycin, cephalexin, accutane, tetracycline and amoxicillin. To name a few. There is also a new one called Aczone (dapsone gel). I have never tried it. Think of the RX meds as early Christmas presents to yourself. It will be fun to try new products and find a treatment plan that works for your skin. Good luck!! :)
