Day 2: So Far, So Good



I'm trying not to get to excited about having made it this far, since I've managed to not pick for up to 4 days before. But I'm feeling good about this. Thank you everyone for your support! It is really making a difference.

Having the elastic bands on me most of the time in order to give my hands something to fidget with is proving to be a good strategy so far. I'm going to continue to add new strategies every once in a while to keep me focused on the goal.



Hey I know i've commented on your posts before but I think it's great your doing so well, also I think just being able to talk to people on this website is good motivation, like when you workout at the gym it's always better to have a workout buddy. Keep up the good work :)
