So, after a break of almost 4 days, my skin recovered elasticity and felt comfortable again, and although I still had a few flakes of dead skin here and there, I decided to start over with The Regime. I started getting new zits on my temples and upper lip, ew.
Ok, so I started three days ago, this is now Day 3 of Week 1 and I am using only a little over a pea-sized amount of 2.5% BP, once a day. Then, I use Revlon ColorStay 24h foundation, applied with a new sponge, to cover up scars and redness from previous breakouts. I change the application sponge very frequently so as to avoid getting bacteria in my foundation. I have no dryness or irritation so far, and I am going to be really careful with dosage this time around. So, beginning Week 2, I will increase this to a pea-size amount of BP, twice a day.
