Nothings Helping My Acne!

So I had acne last year and I wanted to get rid of it. All I used to eat was candy, gluten foods, processed food, soda, etc. I never used to eat vegetables. So now my diet consists of fruits vegetables nuts and water. I also drink psyllium husk powder and have vitamin d and zinc supplements. That's what I mainly eat nowadays. But it seems like by doing this my acne got worse. D: I have massive pimples and tons of whiteheads especially under my nose and forehead. I excerise a lot, I eat VERY healthy(carrots, apples, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, macadamia nuts, spinach, vitamin D3 and zinc supplements, psyllium husk powder, and i drinks tons of water.), I gently wash my face once a day, and I make sure I try not to touch my face or let anything come near it. Please I don't know what to do. Im about to give up /: Topical treatments, cremes, and pills don't help either. I'm very self conscious about my acne and I just want to stay home from school so no one has to look at my nasty pimples. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Please don't recommend accutane either.

Amoxicillin, benzaclin, cephalexin, tretinoin all in combination work to alleviate the symptoms of acne. Check out my blog to see my rockin' before and after pics. The antibiotics I mentioned for a reason, they really help a lot. I don't think any other antibiotics are even comparable as far as results in a short period of time. Your skin will begin clearing in about ten days, sometimes sooner. Pills I have tried that don't work: Erythromycin, tertracycline, minocycline, doxycycline hyclate.

GOOD LUCK!popcorn.gif

Even after you change your diet it will take a while for skin improvements to be seen. Do not stop eating healthy and exercise. Accutane did not work for me but Dan;s regimen kept me clear now for more than a year. I am vegetarian and although I was eating healthy for the last 12 years my skin only improved after I started regimen. MInd you, eating healthy might have kept me looking 10 years younger anyway. I have no lines and my face is smooth, which is great for 35 y.o.:) Good luck to you!:)
