So I had acne last year and I wanted to get rid of it. All I used to eat was candy, gluten foods, processed food, soda, etc. I never used to eat vegetables. So now my diet consists of fruits vegetables nuts and water. I also drink psyllium husk powder and have vitamin d and zinc supplements. That's what I mainly eat nowadays. But it seems like by doing this my acne got worse. D: I have massive pimples and tons of whiteheads especially under my nose and forehead. I excerise a lot, I eat VERY healthy(carrots, apples, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, macadamia nuts, spinach, vitamin D3 and zinc supplements, psyllium husk powder, and i drinks tons of water.), I gently wash my face once a day, and I make sure I try not to touch my face or let anything come near it. Please I don't know what to do. Im about to give up /: Topical treatments, cremes, and pills don't help either. I'm very self conscious about my acne and I just want to stay home from school so no one has to look at my nasty pimples. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Please don't recommend accutane either.
