Acne Scarring (Raised), Help :(?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old boy and well basically I have an acne story that goes right back to me being 11 years old. From quite and early age I started getting really, REALLY severe acne, like where my back, face, shoulders, upper body would be filled with purely just acne. I decided to see the doctor after like a year of constant severe acne.

For the last 5 years doctors have put me on various antibiotics, all sorts of Tetracycline medications ranging from Lymecycline to Doxycycline (mainly because of drug resistance I had to change them once every now and then). I've had spots in every single part of the body you can imagine, from inside my eye right all the way up my buttocks.

I've got all sorts of scars, but the ones that are bothering me the most are the one on my nose. They are raised, and one is very visibly raised right in the middle of my nose. I've had this one for 5 years now. I have no clue whether it's a keloid, hypotrophic or rosacea scarring, and also I have several other scars that are slightly raised compared to the one in the middle.

Here's some pics to show you how bad and unattractive it is:

It's worst under light, but either way it's really visible/noticable. Because of the scar in the middle, my nose looks like it has a bump. It's so unattractive.

I've read it say somewhere that they fade away after a year or so, but mine hasn't :'( it's nearly 6 years now. I've even tried all the **** it says on the internet about exfoliating, using lemon and all the other crap that you're meant to apply on your face. This has actually ruined my life, I've had depression, tried to even kill myself so many times because of my appearance. I just want somebody to help me please before I actually jump a bridge. Even my counselor can't do anything apart from giving me the therapy talk bullshit. This might sound like an overstatement but it's ruined my teenage life, I always avoid people whenever I can and stay inside all the time. I just have no confidence what so ever.

I've also seen the dermatologist who want to put me on Roaccutane, and I asked her if she could do anything about the scar, but she said NHS doesn't do anything like that.

I even went to see a private dermatologist clinic, they advised me to go and take "Dermaroller" treatment, but it cost £99 per treatment, and you have to have at least 5 done. I just don't have the money to undergo any private treatment sad.png

Also I've used Topical Solutions (Erythromycin) and they don't make the scars go away, nor to any face scrubs. Should I just stab my scars with the needle like a Dermaroller would like once a week? What about silicone gels? Dermatix? Does it actually work? It's really expensive though.

Can somebody please help me, tell me what I can do? If I should just use a needle and do the same thing a Dermaroller would do? Should I just somehow try and cut it off using a knife? Please can someone help me, I'm just so depressed all the time. I'm desperate for help.

It might be me but your scars just don't look that bad. I know we all are our own worst critics so keep that in mind.

I have had some scarring too! And I have been put on creams and pills for my acne and they all have just made it worse! I actually started using lemon and/or honey on my face and my scars have faded. If you choose this route to take, definitely get actual lemons and NOT the juice. They work a lot better (: Do it at night so it can sit on your skin and wash it off before going out in the sun. This has helped me so much, I hope it helps you (:

I do have a cure for acne issues, I recently found this natural remedy and it's a must.
Organic Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth!
I researched it in detail and it basically cleans our entire system. Specifically for acne it has a high content of silica  and I've noticed such a change. My pores are getting smaller and the pimples are fading, no cyst  either and my skin looks clean and smooth. This earth is a fine powder that is rough so mix and bit with a few drops of water and make a mask. I add it to my soap, Sappho Charcol Bamboo soap is amazing for the face and body. It lathers up and I add the powder to it and it has made my skin feel incredible smooth! (I also Add it to my shampoo and toothpaste )

So you use this earth internally and externally. Start slow, a teaspoon for a few days mixed with water (and lemon) or juice and follow with a full bottle of water. Drink lots of waterResearch about this product- I learned that since it detoxes your body you may feel symptoms. I had a few minor headaches a bit of a stomach sickness for two days too.  This is because it is clensing. After a week take a teaspoon of DE every morning and afternoon on an empty stomach. It is very inexpensive
It gives you energy, makes your hair and nails grow.. clears up acne,  removes parisites, cleans the blood, takes away aches and pains. I had this pain in your finger for months and it is now gone! It Improves eyesight.. Some people even wrote it cured hip issues.  I love this stuff. My friends have been saying I glow! Oh and it also helps weight loss because it cleans the stored fat cells so they are no longer stored and easier to burn. But if you are thin it does not effect your weight because it doesn't need cleaning out if that makes sense?
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This could be your solution. DE Is also incredible for outdoor pests. I sprayed it in my garden and all the water bugs are gone!! Spiders and other insects also die.. this powder dehydrates them.
Try it and let me know What You think ! It's amazing in so many ways!!
wear gloves when handling it can irritate the skin and if you spray in it yard- wear a mask. This photo is the kind I ordered  it comes with a yard dispenser.
