Happy Super Bowl Sunday! I spent my day snowboarding instead of watching the game that is currently going on! I'm not much of a sports fan! So today my skin and lips are super dry! I also have dry peeling skin inside my ear! So I'm not really sure what to do about that... From snowboarding today in freezing temperatures I'm sure my skin will pay... I'll probably have chapped red skin tomorrow. Since I knew I was goin to be outside to day I used a BBCream/SPF instead of foundation and it worked pretty well. And I didn't get as much flakiness so I'm going to use that tomorrow for school and see how it holds up through the day! My weird blister thing I had on my finger is barely noticeable anymore it's only slightly red and painful. My acne is still the same. I made sure to eat extra healthy today because I kinda pigged out in junk food Saturday because I was traveling so I went out to eat twice and I went to a hockey game and had all sorts of bad food! I'm thinking about maybe cutting out dairy products??? Which might be hard for me because I do drink milk and eat cheese and yogurt on a regular basis. And then if cutting out milk doesn't improve my skin i will probably try cutting out gluten which will be extremely hard because I eat a lot of pasta and bread and all that!
