Day 3 Of Accutane

Hi guys! So today is my 3rd day on Claravis 10mg! I was suppose to go on Absorbica but I guess my pharmacy doesn't carry that! So since starting my skin is horrible! I have maybe 3 cysts that I didn't have before and lots of whiteheads so far I don't have any dryness that I didn't have before but we'll see! I'm feeling kind of down about my apparence but I'm hoping I will see some progress in the next few weeks and I hope it doesn't get worse!

You will most likely get an initial breakout. But 10mg is not a lot to start with, so maybe yours won't be as bad :)

I'm on my 4th day today, so just a day ahead of you! So far I'm getting more whiteheads and my pores are starting to purge a little bit.

This is so difficult for me! Lol I really shouldn't be complaining because I know a lot of people have it much worse but I feel so insecure right now and I feel like my face just looks hideous! Plus I'm in high school so I feel like people are so much more judgmental! My face is also so dry! And I put makeup on today and it completely caked into my face! I really need to get a better mosturizer. Do you know of a good one?

If you have really dry skin, I recommend using Spectro Gel cleanser or Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser to wash with. And then follow up with Cetaphil moisturizing cream (in the large tub). That cream saved my skin during past accutane treatments!! I'm going to be using it this time around too :)
