Dermarolling, dermastamping, scar creams, Retin A, many home remedies, but i dont think home remedies are going to work for these sad.png What can i do. These are making it so i dont even want to go out in public cause i dont want anyone to see these gross holes in my face sad.png What can i do to get my skin at least close to smooth again???

I don't think there is much you can do. There like strech marks. They never go away but hey can fade and heal a little. I've seen some really beautiful people with acne scars though. Maybe Ask your dermatologist about laser treatments.

Have you tried the at home microdermabrasion? It is quite pricy but from what I've seen well worth it. It is 179 and you can find a ton of personal reviews about it... I'm thinking about buying it if Vitamin E Oil doesn't help enough with my scarring. You should check it out though, it might help you.

Have you tried laser treatment? I heard laser treatment is good for the type of scars you appear to have, boxcar scars.Theres a lot of different types of laser treatments so ask your derm which one would best suit you. good luck

You can get really good results with laser treatments. Keep in mind it takes like three or four treatments to get smooth. Also, a lot of people have had good results with medium chemical peels. Chemical peels are way cheaper. I've heard that every medium peel you get done reduces the scars by 10 - 30 %. That's what I'm going to try once I'm done with Accutane. Microdermabrasion is like a light chemical peel - it doesn't go deep enough to actually reduce your scars. The only problem is that you have to be acne free to get these things done.

Micro won't work. I tried it. It helps with red spots. Dermarolling worked for me but I have small scars and they are still there but they have filled in. When you rolled, did you use vit. C and A? You have to prepare your skin for 2 weeks before and keep applying after you roll (don't apply vit. c right afterward. Wait a day). That's what helped me and don't purchase that crap (vit. c cream) frm the store. Get the powder form that you can purchase from places like amazon and make it yourself so that it's all natural and not "watered" down.
