So basically about a month ago I started looking up healthy food diets for clear skin. I started eating a lot healthier and eating more fruits vegetables nuts and seeds. I saw pretty good results. I make sure everyday to eat fruits and vegtables of all colors and ate lots of almonds and walnuts. I also tried to stay away from white bread, pasta And dairy products. Instead I ate more whole grains and all natural foods. I also did t eat anything processed. Of course this completely failed over Christmas break when everywhere I went someone was trying to force me to eat cookies and sweets and my grandma was constantly cooking me food telling me she had to fatten me up. But now my break is over and I'm back to drinking plenty of water and green tea and eatting all fruits, vegtables, and nuts.
