I'm looking at my photos and my skin is worse than ever right now. I just need to remind myself to keep a positive mindset... Everything will be okay. I will find out what my problem is and solve it... and I won't have acne forever.
On the most positive note possible, my forehead is super clear. Even though my cheeks aren't.
I just also have to point out that my eczema has also broken out AND I am not quite as regular as I would like to be. If anything... I am getting really excited because it's just more clues pointing toward it being digestive.
I am going to start a strict anti-inflammatory diet... and I am going to eat a very limited number of foods until I feel comfortable adding stuff back in.
Breakfast: Kale, Broccoli, Lima Beans, Onions, Eggs
Drank about 20 oz of water in between, taking 2 pills of my liver supplements (I just recently upped my dose from 1 to 2 capsules) and a probiotic.
Drank another 10 oz of green tea with orange and lemon and with some L-Glutamine (5000mg) powder in it.
Went for a 30 minute walk.
Drank another 10 oz of water
Lunch: 3 eggs, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, raisins, millet and flax bagel with a small, small amount of (no sugar added) jelly on top.
Dinner: (haven't had dinner yet, will update later today)
And I also want to go to sleep before midnight tonight... I am thinking that staying up late is affecting me, too.
