Random Question.

This is totally random, and probably even stupid. but how do i go about sleeping? Ever since I started the regimen, i have been trying to keep my face away from almost everything and so conscious about what touches my face, but when it comes to sleeping, sleeping straight, face looking up is just so uncomfortable, and i haven't been getting a good night sleep because of it. I mean, is it okay to sleep on my side with my face buried in the pillow? I feel like it's just going to affect the healing process of my acne.

Funny question=d..I was wondering the same thing a while ago , since my last step it's moiturize and the pillow might rub off the product..there are many factors that can affect acne, but really I won't acne affect even my sleep , just sleep how you feel confortable , and mabye put a clean towel on the pillow before you put your face but that's just an option I don't even do that.

Take care

do your night time regimen a few hours before bed, that way everything is completely dry and you don't have to worry about it coming off on your pillow. also, it is fine to sleep how you normally lay, just make sure you have a CLEAN pillowcase. you can use a towel like he suggested above, but i would think that'd be uncomfortable.

Use a thick cotton pillow case and sleep anyway you like. Just be sure to wash your pillow case daily. In other words keep it fresh, Acne sufferes should have ferquent pillow case changes to reduce bacterial exposure. If you are worried about bleaching your pillow cases invest in a half dozen white pillow case.
