Ok. I came up with my own version of epi-duo ( http://www.epiduo.co...epiduo_gel.aspx) by using existing medications for which I have valid prescriptions. Benzaclin which contains 5% strength benzoyl peroxide and 1% strength clindamycin is the first ingredient. Then I also have a prescription for tretinoin .1%cream. Now one of the key ingredients in epi-duo is adapelene; a retinoid like tretinoin;the other key ingredient is benzoyl peroxide.
So I decided to mimic the properties of epi-duo by applying first to my face topical tretinoin and then wait a minute and then massage into my face the benzaclin. I tried it for the first time this morning and it felt fine. My skin is so clear anyway because I am constantly preventing new pimples from forming on all fronts. I take anti-biotics at highest dose possible, I use benzaclin twice a day as prescribed and I apply topical clindamycin mixed, in palm of my hand, with tretinoin.
I also drink a glass of yummy fruity kefir each morning to keep my digestive system in balance.
Anyone wondering about my background. I first earned an associate in arts in 1997 from the Minneapolis Community and Technical College, then I earned a bachelor's degree in history from Metropolitan State University in 1999 and from there, after hyper focused study for the Law School admission test, was admitted to and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. I practiced law for five years and I am in the process of seeking a new career. Law proved too stressful and too many shady characters around. If ya get my meaning.I a hoping to become a Revenue Collection Officer for the state of MN. I already took the tests last week and I am waiting to find out if I got the interview. They said they are hiring 36 new officers so I think my odds are pretty good.
I wish to god that I had some "before" pics
