After a successful year of nearly banishing acne it appears to be back the form is moderate to mild down from severe after roaccutane four years ago.
I think the main cause of the flair up was a switch from panoxyl 2.5% gel to quinoderm 5% it's made my skin irritable and unpredictable I actually switched ahead and still have a tube of in date panoxyl left so have switched to that currently using neutrogena producs oil free and spot free ha! Moisturiser and cleanser as well.
I also use Paula's choice 10% aha 2-3 times a week.
I don't shave but trim stubble back every other day.
This was working brilliantly till panoxyl jumped ship so I've order dans regime kit with Aha to see if that can bring back the results I had before.
Since using 2.5% yesterday my skin broke out in some minor pimples, whilst the big spots and scrs on the nose and cheek are still healing.
I'm 29 and when visiting he doctor was informed that I may need to see somebody about the anxiety issues acne brings (which I've booked into for the end of the month) I work in a busy industry and people skills should be 75% of my job but I've become withdrawn at work as well as socially and though acne isn't all to blame it makes me react very differently when my skin is clear.
