I left my makeup on last night by complete accident and when I woke up from my 14 hour slumber (I know, holy crap what person needs to sleep that long??) my skin looked better than the night previous.
Weeeeird. But I'm not eating gluten again because maybe these hives are stemming from some sort of food allergy. I really have had it up to here with all the different methods I've tried to get rid of this thing so for now I'm taking more Epsom salt baths and giving up gluten.
I am just super frustrated but trying to hang in there at this point.
Drinking mad amounts of water and wondering what kind of vitamins I should be taking.
Right now I take zinc, d3, fish oil, biotin, and fiber supplements along with my Xyzal (levocetirizin) for my hives.
Any recommendations / tweaks you think I should give to my daily regimen?
