I left my makeup on last night and boy do I regret it. I don't see much of a change in my skin but it just FEELS gross, ya know?
I need to follow my regimen a lot more strictly. :\ I do remember to take my vitamins every day now though. I take them in the morning otherwise I forget or am too lazy to get out of bed and take them at night. I also believe it messes up my tummy when I take them at night. Don't know if there is much truth to that or if I'm just a little nutty.
I have this HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE bump on the side of my nose that grows as the week progresses. So not cute.
I just need to even out my skin tone. The marks left behind are even more disgusting and annoying than the active pimples themselves! I bought Garnier's Skin Renew Dark Spot Corrector blah blah blah thing and around that time is when I got all those nasty little bumps. I also think.. get this.. jojoba oil breaks me out. WHAT?!?!?! Is that even possible? Just goes to show that everyone out there is completely different.
I'm also concerned about my using extra virgin olive oil as a makeup remover. Yes I wipe it off right away and then wash my face but I don't know, can't help but be wary.
I'm gonna up my water intake to FIVE MILLION GALLONS A DAY. Take that. Jaykay not trying to drown myself here. Forrealdough I'm drinking way more water and green tea. I feel so healthy. Cept I had two mountain dew bottles today. I suck at this healthy thing haha.
