Hello again everyone!
If anyone actually reads this. I have no idea.
Anyway, today was an ok day skin-wise. Unfortunately, my concealer slid off my face by the end of the day, but hey, it's summer gym, whaddya expect?* So the second I got home I took off my makeup (which consists of tinted moisturizer and concealer) and put on a spot treatment.
The spot treatment in question is Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Cream, the one that "visibly reduces spot size and redness in as little as 4 hours!" It has 10% benzoyl peroxide, which is the like the highest power of the stuff you can get without a perscription. It works pretty well, and I like that it disappears on your skin; when you rub it in it doesn't leave a white residue like other products do (UNLESS you pile it on. Then it will.) It literally melts away into your skin. It also doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight, which is an added bonus.
My major zits (3 on my upper lip) have reduced dramatically size-wise, have basically gone flat, and are getting flaky, which is good because that means they're ready to come off! I won't pick them though, I promise! I'll let them come off on their own, when they're nice and ready
I'm feeling much more optimistic today, seeing as my cleanser has worked so well and so quickly on my breakout! It's been what, 3 days? And my breakout is already almost gone!
For those of you wondering, the cleanser I use is the Neutrogena All in One Acne Control Daily Scrub. THIS IS A MIRACLE WORKER. Holy grail cleanser, hands down!! It's gentle, doesn't dry out my skin at all, works quickly and is super effective. Plus, it does everything it says it will! It reduced my acne scarring, is getting rid of my current spots, and is preventing new ones. Since my last breakout (which I am still recovering from) I haven't got a single new zit. Yippee!
So seriously guys, if you haven't tried this cleanser already, give it a go. It's AMAZING. I WILL NEVER STOP BUYING OR USING IT.
And there you go guys! My post for the day!
*I'm taking PE in summer school. Not because I failed it in school, but because I want to get it out of the way so I don't have to do it during next year. Yep, I'm a nerd-getting ahead of the game!
